about

A casual yet focused blowing gig very much like the ones that used to epitomize the heyday of jazz, recorded at The Shrine in Harlem. I was happy to convene a quintet with friends Jon Crowley, Brad Whiteley, Michael Montgomery, and Deric Dickens, playing a mix of my compositions, choices from Crowley's songbook, and jazz standards.
